Love Hina 1-5

Wow.....what a blast from the past...I recently got back into Love Hina, and seeing it on shiney video is just...wow. My only experience with the frist chunk of episodes are old, cappy VHS tapes, and then some AWFUL WinMX downloads. So seeing it in all of it's glory....it looks and feels like a brand new show. The artwork is soft and clean...when it first came out, it must have looked VERY ahead of it's time.

Tech stuff aside, Love Hina never fails to charm, and although it's not as fun and wacky as more recent stuf (or Kodocha), it still is good, romantic fun, with some really excellent direction going on. I never really appreciated the production of this show in my original watchthru, but now am soaking it up for all of it's glory.

Long live anime classics!!!
